Two paths, one city
She came from Hanoi. He came from Québec City. Neither of them planned on meeting the other.
And then, Montréal.
Four dates
Pizza. Then a comedy show.
A ceramic café. We painted our own cups.
The botanical garden. The old port. Our first kiss.
A white dress. A blue three-piece suit. A bench until 4 AM.
“I remember thinking, she was very pretty and very bubbly!”
Long distance
September 2022. A new city.
Every month, we visited each other.
Month after month.
Against all odds.
Closing the distance
October 2023. I went home to Québec City.
February 2024. I moved to her.
Zero kilometers.
“At last.”
The bridge
October 2024. I bought the ring.
December 2024. Vietnam. Her whole family.
The parks were closed. The streets never stopped.
I found a bridge.
And got on one knee.
“She said Yes.”
Becoming a family
October 2025. I moved to Toronto, for good.
November 2025. We signed the marriage certificate.
December 2025. Back to Vietnam, for our pre-wedding photoshoot.
Now.

The Day
Arrival
Find us by the sea. Cool drinks, warm faces, and the first hellos as the afternoon settles in.
The Vows
Under an open sky, we say the words out loud and make it ours. This is the most precious moment you came to witness.
Golden Hour
Glasses up as the sun leans toward the water. Mingle, snack, and watch the light turn gold.
The Feast
We sit down for a long, generous dinner where Quebec and Hanoi meet on one table.
Into the Night
The music starts and the floor opens. Dance with us until the Nha Trang night runs out.
